Competency development
Objective: To unlock the potential of QazaqGaz employees through systematic training, development of strategic competencies, and application of advanced educational solutions that contribute to the sustainable development of the gas industry
Main objectives:
- Ensure a unified approach to personnel training and development;
- Stimulate the desire for professional growth and development of key competencies;
- Implement modern educational technologies in line with current trends in personnel training and development.
Key projects:
1. Training centre:
- Continue cooperation with QazaqGaz subsidiaries in areas of training, retraining, and advanced training of production personnel;
- Reduce training costs for subsidiary employees by developing and launching digital learning using an LMS platform;
- Launch 3 courses, including training, knowledge testing, and issuing digital certificates without direct teacher involvement;
- Obtain a license to conduct training under the international qualification program IOSH Managing Safely and train 50 employees from subsidiaries (LLP “Beyneu-Shymkent Gas Pipeline,” LLP “QazaqGaz Onimderi”).
2. Competency development:
- Further develop LMS system content and functionality;
- Obtain IOSH accreditation and launch advanced training programs under IOSH Managing Safely.
- Launch a talent pool program aimed at developing employee competencies.
