The head of the national company toured the newly renovated workspaces, which were redesigned with a strong emphasis on ergonomics. Employees now have access to modern IT solutions, meeting rooms, a coffee area, conference halls, and an environmentally friendly printing zone. The renovation was carried out in line with ESG principles, which are being actively integrated into QazaqGaz’s corporate culture.
According to Sanzhar Zharkeshov, creating a comfortable, high-tech, and functional work environment is a key part of the company’s broader transformation strategy aimed at boosting efficiency and investing in human capital development.
The meeting also highlighted the center’s capabilities in developing geological and hydrodynamic models, supporting exploration efforts, and identifying promising locations for underground gas storage (UGS) facilities.
The high level of expertise within the team and the center’s strong potential to support a reliable resource base for the company’s sustainable growth were also emphasized.
Among the initiatives showcased were the work of the Situation Center, the development of the “Leader Pool” talent program, and innovative solutions in business process automation. Priorities were also outlined in the field of research and development, as well as the expansion of engineering services as a step toward greater technological self-sufficiency.
