From November 3 to 7, in the Astana city, employees of the QazaqGaz group of companies took part in a training course titled “Project Economic Evaluation & Cost Management of O&G Projects”, organized by Eni Corporate University in cooperation with QazaqGaz Science and Technology Center LLP. The program was aimed at enhancing employees’ professional competencies in the areas of economic evaluation of oil and gas projects, as well as project cost management and control.

At the end of the training, a certificate awarding ceremony took place, during which Andrea Matarazzo, Head of the Human Capital Development Department at Agip Karachaganak, delivered a welcoming speech.

Within the course, participants studied key approaches to financial and economic evaluation of investments, as well as methods of project cost management in accordance with PMBOK standards.

The implementation of this course became an important step in strengthening the competencies of QazaqGaz employees, contributing to increased economic efficiency and sustainability of the company’s ongoing projects.
