On June 12, a masterclass titled “Emotional Intelligence in Teams: How to Manage Yourself and Interact Effectively” was held, organized by the Training Support Department. The event brought together employees from JSC "NC "QazaqGaz" and LLP "QazaqGaz Scientific and Technical Center."

The session was led by Assel Muratova, Director of the "International Academy of Emotional Intelligence" and a certified trainer in emotional intelligence development (EACIEP).

During the masterclass, participants explored the key components of emotional intelligence and analyzed behavioral patterns within teams. The interactive format encouraged active engagement and highlighted the importance of developing EQ skills for improving team effectiveness and individual resilience.

Following the session, it was decided to hold an additional practical workshop, where participants will have the opportunity to apply their knowledge through case studies and team-based exercises.
