On 12 November 2025, a master class titled “Project Management: from Idea to Result” was held for employees of the QazaqGaz Group, organized by QazaqGaz Science and Technology Center LLP. The session was dedicated to modern approaches to project management under conditions of limited resources and constant changes.

The speaker was Timur Kaldybayev - business consultant, trainer, MBA, AI Transformation Advisor, expert in project management and change management. During the meeting, participants reviewed the basic concepts of project management, discussed the importance of effective communications in achieving project results, and analyzed various approaches to managing project activities. Special attention was paid to flexible methodologies Agile and Scrum, which allow effective action under conditions of uncertainty, timely response to changes, and ensuring control over project implementation timelines.

The master class was held in an interactive format and included the analysis of practical cases. Participants actively asked questions, analyzed real situations, and exchanged experience in implementing the project approach in their professional activities.
