Today, the practical workshop titled “How to manage attention and memory, when business demands speed and clarity” was held at “QazaqGaz STC” LLP.

The workshop was delivered by Alfiya Kidrisheva - head and franchise owner of the IQ007 network of intelligence and memory development schools, and a certified specialist in attention, memory and cognitive development methodologies.

During the workshop, the participants assessed their level of concentration and attentional flexibility, memory performance, functional literacy, and cognitive flexibility. In addition, practical techniques for retaining information from the first exposure and approaches to enhancing clarity of thinking under high cognitive load were demonstrated.

The workshop allowed participants to enhance their awareness of attention and memory management and provided them with practical tools that can be applied in their daily professional activities to improve efficiency and the quality of task performance.
