From October 16 to 18, the QazaqGaz Youth Forum was held in the city of Aktau, bringing together more than 70 young employees from all regions of the country. The event took place as part of the Year of Working Professions and became an important platform for developing professional competencies, exchanging experience, and strengthening corporate values.

During the forum, representatives of QazaqGaz Science and Technology Center - Darkhan Zhaliyev, Leading Expert of the Department for Development of Technical Policy and Standardization, and Dana Rakhimova, Leading Expert of the Department for Strategy and Business Development - presented a report on the activities of the STC Youth Council for the first nine months of the year, sharing key initiatives and results.

For their active contribution to the development of youth policy within the group of companies of JSC “NC “QazaqGaz”, both employees were awarded letters of appreciation from Chairman of the Management Board of JSC “NC “QazaqGaz” Alibek Zhamauov. In addition, Darkhan Zhaliyev was honored with the “Company Ambassador” award for his active participation in promoting the company’s image and covering its public activities.

The forum was aimed at developing professional skills, fostering the value of labor, and supporting young specialists of the company. Over three days, participants completed an intensive program that included educational modules, master classes, and practical sessions.

The event concluded with an environmental campaign under the slogan “Protecting the Caspian Sea”, during which participants cleaned up the coastal area. The initiative took place within the framework of the national campaign “Taza Kazakhstan” and became a symbol of unity and responsibility among the company’s young employees.

QazaqGaz’s youth policy continues to actively evolve: company employees regularly participate in social and charitable projects, blood donation drives, and volunteer initiatives, contributing to the sustainable development of society and the environment.
