The event was organized by QazaqGaz Science and Technology Center LLP.
A total of 27 employees from among the administrative and managerial, engineering and technical, and operational personnel of the central office and subsidiaries of QazaqGaz, who successfully passed a multi-stage selection process, were enrolled in the talent pool. The process included online testing, expert interviews with representatives of the industry and project partners, an assessment center, as well as a final interview with the top management of the Company. At the conclusion of the event, the project participants were ceremoniously presented with commemorative pins as a symbol of recognition of their achievements and inclusion in the QazaqGaz talent pool.
The educational program began with a two-day module focused on developing leadership and communication skills. The training is conducted with the participation of leading trainers and QazaqGaz executives, who share their own management experience and best corporate practices.
Assistance in the implementation of the project was provided by representatives of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, experts, as well as partners - SHL Kazakhstan, Baker Hughes Kazakhstan, BCG Consulting, Dasco Consulting, and Halliburton.
With the support of JSC “NC “QazaqGaz”, the “QazaqGaz Leaders Pool” project will become a key tool in forming a modern system for developing QazaqGaz’s human capital, aimed at creating an effective, responsible, and motivated team of professionals capable of achieving the company’s strategic goals and contributing to the sustainable development of Kazakhstan’s gas industry.
