From 15 to 19 December 2025, in the city of Astana, employees of the QazaqGaz Group of Companies took part in a five-day training course titled “Project Management According to IPMA and Planning, Monitoring and Control of EPC Projects”, organized by ENI Corporate University with the support of QazaqGaz Science and Technology Center LLP.

The purpose of the course was to study the IPMA approach to project management, to master key concepts and processes necessary for the successful implementation of projects, as well as to acquire practical skills in planning, monitoring, and controlling large-scale projects.

Completion of the training enabled QazaqGaz employees to enhance their qualifications in the field of project management and to strengthen their skills in the strategic planning, control, and implementation of EPC projects.
