From 20 to 22 February in Astana was held winter Spartakiade of NC «QazaqGaz» JSC, which brought together about 200 employees of the company and its affiliated organizations. The participants competed in 9 sports.

«QazaqGaz Scientific and Technical Center» together with «Exploration and Production QazaqGaz» achieved significant success in team games, taking second place in volleyball competition.

Also, employees of the Scientific and Technical Center showed excellent individual results:

• Adil Kapzhaparov, Manager of the Corporate Governance Department, won a gold medal in the national game of togyz kumalak;
• Dinara Yessendiyarova, a leading expert of the Department of Technical Policy and Standardization, took 2nd place in the table tennis tournament.
• Zhuldyz Zhunussova, a specialist of the Department of Science and Innovation Development, became a silver medallist in chess.
• Deputy Director General for Science and Education, Zhandos Sharipov, took 3rd place in chess.

The Spartakiade promoted popularization of a healthy lifestyle, strengthening of team spirit and development of corporate culture among the employees of NC «QazaqGaz» JSC.
