The University Relations Department of the Science and Technology Centre of NC “QazaqGaz” JSC organised a series of motivational meetings for students, aimed at introducing them to the production activities of QazaqGaz’s subsidiaries and affiliated companies.

During these meetings, students had a unique opportunity to learn about the history, achievements, and best practices of the companies hosting the events. Special attention was given to conversations with gas industry veterans who shared their rich experience and insights into the specifics of working in the gas sector.

Students also received valuable guidance on building their engineering careers and achieving professional growth in the gas industry. The meeting program included lectures highlighting the relevance and modern demand for engineering professions. Lecturers inspired students to deepen their knowledge and believe in their abilities—key factors for future career success.

Students were introduced to the main tasks handled by various departments of the company and learned how their academic knowledge can be applied to personal growth and successful employment.

This initiative became an important step in expanding students’ understanding of the gas industry's specifics and prospects, while also helping to form motivation toward achieving professional excellence.

In 2024, motivational meetings were held at the “Almaty” Production Division of “Intergas Central Asia” JSC and “KazRosGas” LLP.
